Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel rooms are modern and well-designed, with the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. However, they are a bit basic. The service was very attentive but lacked personality. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was tasty, although missing some items. Facilities are convenient and well-appointed.
The hotel offers simple, clean, and quiet rooms, but the soundproofing from people talking by the elevator is poor. The service is fantastic and customer-centric, with exceedingly courteous staff. The location is wonderfully understated, making you feel like you're in a nice Tribeca apartment building. The dining options could be better, lacking some variety. The hotel has some amazing facilities, but the bathrooms may be subpar.
The hotel offers clean, modern, and comfortable rooms with a very upmarket Manhattan price tag. The service is super friendly, making me feel like I'm coming home every time I check in. The location is perfect, with easy access to the subways and close to the Freedom Tower and restaurants along the water, although the view from the room is not great. The dining options are good with nearby restaurants, but there was no omelette at their restaurant. The hotel's facilities cater well to basic needs for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The rooms had a great size and were very nice and comfortable. However, I would have liked the lobby and restaurant to be open, and the couch in my suite needed cleaning as it had visible stains upon my arrival. On the bright side, the hotel has one queen sofa bed in the living room which was a nice feature.
I had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with a comfy bed, but being located near the cleaners' room was a downside. The service was extremely attentive, and the property had a trendy but not overcrowded vibe. The location in Manhattan was wonderful, offering a neighborhood feel and easy access to subways. The dining experience could have been better, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
The hotel's location at the corner of Broadway and Chambers Street is a great plus, making it convenient to access WTC area sites and the TriBeCa area. The rooms are spacious and clean, but some outside rooms needed cleaning. The service, from the front desk to the Little Park restaurant and lounge, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the poorly lit entrance was a downside, making it difficult to find the elevator. The dining experience offered tasty options, but some Indian dishes were missing. The facilities were good overall with comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
I stayed at this hotel and had a great time. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and kept immaculately clean, although the couch in my suite had visible stains upon my arrival. The hotel was huge and comfortable, truly ready for the afterparty if needed. The service was exceptional with friendly and pleasant staff. The location was perfect for touring the city, with many sites within walking distance and a subway station just meters away. The dining could have been better, with limited options, but overall, it's a wonderful place to stay.
The hotel's location is incredible, just a 5-minute walk to the World Trade Center complex and surrounded by vibrant NYC life. The rooms are nice and spacious but in need of some decor updates, and there were cleanliness issues in the bathroom. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. However, the poorly lit entrance and lack of some facilities were minor downsides.
